This autumn, Children and Family Health Devon (CFHD) will be hosting two events that aim to launch their new pathways of care and give you the opportunity to ask questions and find out more about what CFHD do, who they are and how they can help. The first of these will be a drop in event, hosted at their Tiverton site, Oaklands Court.
This event is an informal and relaxed event that aims to give those in attendance the opportunity to drop in and speak to CFHD about the new pathways of care and what they offer children and young people as well as their families across Devon and Torbay.
As well as a face to face drop in event, they are also hosting an online launch and Q&A session for those who wish to learn more virtually. This session will be recorded and posted on their website after the event.
Community drop in event:
